About the Project

ESTEM-3D is an Erasmus+ funded project that supports schools, educators, and students, particularly in disadvantaged areas, in exploring 3D printing technologies. It aims to make emerging technologies more accessible and engaging within secondary education.

By training educators and introducing 3D printing into classrooms, the project promotes digital transformation and modern learning approaches. It helps students develop essential skills such as critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration, preparing them for a rapidly evolving, technology-driven world.

The project has been recognised as a Good Practice👍under Erasmus+ programme.

Objectives

ESTEM-3D aims to expand access to 3D technologies in education by:

  • Developing educational materials for teachers and students
  • Training educators to integrate 3D printing into classrooms
  • Delivering workshops for secondary school students
  • Expanding access to 3D printing in secondary education
