About the Project

FEM-Entrepreneur is a European project focused on promoting women’s entrepreneurship by addressing the challenges women face when entering and growing in the business world. The project aims to strengthen entrepreneurial skills, support innovation, and create opportunities for women to actively participate in the economy.

Through a combination of training, mentoring, and collaboration across European partners, FEM-Entrepreneur develops tools and resources that empower women to build sustainable businesses and adapt to the demands of a rapidly evolving digital environment. The project also promotes equality and inclusion by encouraging greater participation of women in entrepreneurship and innovation across Europe.

Objectives

FemEntrepreneur aims to support and empower women in entrepreneurship by:

  • Enhancing entrepreneurial and business skills
  • Building confidence and supporting mindset change
  • Providing training in key areas such as finance, digital skills, and leadership
  • Creating opportunities for mentorship and peer learning
  • Encouraging innovation and business creation

Promoting gender equality and social inclusion through education, the organisation focuses on women empowerment, human rights, and preventing gender-based violence across communities
