IDEAS4WOMEN is a European project focused on improving digital literacy and industry-related skills among underemployed women in rural and disadvantaged areas in Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Greece.

Through research, training, and collaboration with industry and academic partners, the project develops multilingual educational materials and delivers workshops using hybrid learning methods. It aims to equip women with essential digital and soft skills, improving their employability and supporting greater inclusion in the digital economy.
