Exciting news! Just had the kickoff meeting for our project, Ideas4Women! Zooming in from different locations, we discussed innovative ideas to empower women. The energy and enthusiasm were off the charts! Can’t wait to make a real impact together. Stay tuned for updates! Coordinator: Sportsroom (Bulgaria) Partners: Novatex Solutions Ltd (Cyprus) & Digital idea (Greece) Facebook Page: https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100092342205972 The IDEAS4WOMEN project aims to improve digital literacy and industry-related skills among underemployed women in rural areas in Bulgaria, Cyprus, and Greece. It plans to train vulnerable women in four or more topics related to essential skills and technologies through hybrid/blended learning. The project will identify the areas where vulnerable women need help through research and create multilingual educational material adapted for physical and hybrid learning. It will engage industry and academia stakeholders to gather insights, conduct face-to-face and online workshops, and gather feedback to improve the material.
